We meet monthly -- usually the fourth Thursday -- at homes and centers in our network.
Current concerns include:
- anti-militarization work & counter-recruitment education for high school students
- advocating for immigrant farmworker rights
- the murder of a Thai monk environmentalist
- prevention of violence against women and trafficking of women & children
- abolition of the death penalty and reform of the prison industrial complex
- lèse-majesté charges against Sulak Sivaraksa, a senior Thai activist and student of Ajahn Buddhadasa
